The new center of the district is being built next to the GüterHalle for everyone. The square will be brought to life with temporary use until the excavators roll.

flea market
Oct 2021 - Flea markets have a long tradition on the Güterbahnhof area. Our first district square flea market took place on a sunny Saturday. The place quickly filled with numerous interested people. A successful start to a new traditional series.
August 2021 - New furniture for the neighborhood square: seats, loungers, benches and tables were designed and built by hard-working hands.

July 2021 - Two table tennis tables are now available for free - you have to bring your own balls and rackets.

Open air exhibition
July 2021 - Pupils from four different schools in Tübingen met through this project and dealt with the topic through art. This is how her ideas on the topics of breaking out, going on a journey, overcoming obstacles, changing structures came about.
