The association “GüterHalle für Alle” eV has set itself the goal of

to turn the building ensemble of the old goods hall in the "Alter Güterbahnhof" district of Tübingen into a colourful, lively meeting place open to everyone. This place, which creates identity for the quarter, is intended to bring people of all ages and cultural and social backgrounds together and to promote and mediate charitable/common good offers.

Tübingen should get a colorful public place and the goods
station district a living heart!

The association and its partners would like to use the areas of the building for the partners individually in the "head building" planned by the city for a concept award process, as well as create a larger communal area that will be available to all players in the head building in order to achieve the goals mentioned to implement in the district. All members of the association have one thing in common: with their non-profit, socially inclusive offers, they want to have an impact on the district, promote togetherness and use the synergies in the use of the common room.

The association is made up of residents from the neighborhood and 2 partners:

• Asylum Center Tübingen eV

• kit youth welfare eV

The association offers an overarching usage concept for the organization and ongoing operation of the Güterhallen building ensemble owned by the city:
- Use of the basement rooms for cultural and public welfare economic purposes
   purposes (rehearsal rooms, studios, small shops, etc.)
- Multifunctional goods hall
- neighborhood square
